With over 40 years of public sector leadership experience, Brad has served the residents of HRM for the past 20 years in the role of Executive Director for several diverse portfolios including: Environmental Management Services, Harbour Solutions Project, Corporate and Strategic Planning, Chief Information Officer, Community Services, Parks & Recreation, and Public Works.  Brad is also appointed as HRM’s Chief Engineer and Traffic Authority.

Brad is certified as a Professional Engineer. He has a Diploma in Engineering Sciences from CEGEP St-Jean, PQ, an Engineering Degree from Royal Military College, Kingston, and a Masters in Business Administration from St. Mary’s University.
