UDI Nova Scotia is involved in many technically complex, politically sensitive, and community-based projects and initiatives. We incorporate a proactive relationship model with all levels of government on various issues. Our goal is to ensure that government policies dealing with land development are fair, consistent, predictable, and financially responsible. Our approach will result in high-quality and affordable housing, providing built communities and a higher quality of life for our residents.
UDI members are kept properly informed of events affecting the development industry and are provided with various forums in which to explore and address pertinent issues. We utilize our membership base to provide our smaller businesses with benefits normally only available to larger firms.
